It connects a pump.fun coin to real tokenized stocks. As your coin trades, the creator earns fees in SOL. Stock Rewards automatically sweeps those fees every minute, then swaps a portion into a basket of tokenized stocks and distributes them to everyone holding your coin — proportionally to how much they hold.

Yes. They're xStocks issued by Backed Finance — each token is backed 1:1 by a real share held with a regulated custodian, with collateral monitored on-chain by Chainlink Proof of Reserve. They trade as normal SPL tokens on Solana, so they can be bought on the open market and sent to any wallet. Every stock card links to its live chart, Solscan, and the proof-of-reserves page.

Fees are claimed into the dev wallet every minute. Half of each claim stays in the dev wallet; the other half accumulates in a distribution pot. On a fixed schedule (every few minutes — see the live countdown at the top), the engine buys the stock basket and distributes the pot to holders. The countdown shows exactly when the next payout lands.

The full basket of featured mega-caps — Apple, NVIDIA, Microsoft, Tesla, Alphabet, Amazon, Meta and the S&P 500. The distribution pot is split evenly across all of them, so holders receive a diversified slice of real equities, not a single name.

Weighted by holdings (linear pro-rata). If you hold 2% of the eligible supply, you receive 2% of each stock distributed. This is sybil-neutral: splitting your bag across many wallets doesn't change your total, so there's no way to game it. The treasury, LP, and the bonding-curve vault are excluded.

Every claim, swap and payout is an on-chain transaction with a Solscan signature. You can watch the treasury wallet directly (its address is shown in the engine status panel) and see every fee claim, stock buy, and holder payout land in real time. Nothing is hidden — the whole flow is verifiable on-chain.

Fully automatic. When a distribution runs, each stock is transferred directly to your wallet. If you don't have a token account for a stock yet, one is created for you in the same transaction. You don't have to do anything except hold the coin.

Tokenized stocks are geo-restricted — they're not available to US persons. Crypto is volatile, and the value of both the coin and the stocks can go down.
